Banana Split Cake Recipe

Crust:

2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c margarine, melted

Filling:
2 c icing sugar
1 c margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13" pan. Bake 8 mins at 350°F. Beat filling ingredients together with electric mixer for 15 mins until smooth. Spread filling over crust. Drain large can of crushed unsweetened pineapple. Put on top of filling. Cut 4 bananas lengthwise into slices. Put on top of pineapple. Spread 1 litre (sorry - I don't know the American measurement for that) of Cool Whip over bananas. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, chocolate syrup, and maraschino cherries on top.
